i used middlepot's base code .. umm and i just tweaked the formatting and made my own backgrounds and stuff .. i use the app superimpose to make pngs , resources , all of that ... umm if you want to know more .. u can dm me on my insta ... which is in my links page ♡

hi mimi ♡ thank you sweetheart ... oh thats sosososo kind .. ♡ and mm its hard, i also struggled with that for a long time... aah its hard. i think the best way is to just remove the things that you compare yourself too... like, if its people on social media, then stop using social media... and stsuff like that... its the most effective way, honestly...
but if that isn't possible, then i recommend dedicating twenty minutes a day to active journaling, writing things you admire about yourself... for twenty minutes only. sounds not like a lot of time, but it will benefit you in the long run. ♡
sorry i dont have any grand tips, im trying to offer tips that are realistic and actually helpful. ♡
